
Glenn Bernardis is a dynamic multi-instrumentalist, singer, and composer who writes songs with passion, sensitivity and intelligence. He brings his own personal blend of inspiration and intensity to every performance both solo and with his various groups. Outstanding vocal abilities and a keen ear for musical arrangements are an excellent compliment to his emotional range and unprecedented versatility.
Glenn is currently recording an album of original material performing vocals, guitars, bass, keyboards and percussion and featuring master drummer Paul Delong with several notable guest musicians. The material emphasizes depth and diversity and includes elements of progressive rock, folk, funk, Celtic, blues and hard rock.
Glenn founded and toured with Celtic/world/fusion group Stone Row, recording and producing critically acclaimed CDs and performing at numerous festivals, sharing the stage with Enter The Haggis, Black 47 and many others. Stone Row won the Buffalo Music Award in 2010 for Best Original Alternative Band. (Hey, I don’t make the categories). Also, Glenn won Best Original Bass Player at the Night Life Music Awards in 2011.
Glenn is owner and chief engineer of GB Audio, a recording, production and consulting facility serving a diverse range of clients. Production credits include: Tony Levin, Kurt Vonnegut, David Shire, Vocalis Chamber Choir, The Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, The New York State School Music Association, as well as international classical music ensembles, contemporary jazz artists and numerous professional, Church and school ensembles.
